Project access matters

Coventra gates many advanced features at the project level. A user can have an account but still need access to the active project and, for premium workflows, premium project allocation or a collaborator pass.

Free plan basics

• Screening is available on the free plan.
• Free projects have limits for new projects and standard collaborators.
• Screening-only members can be used for screening workflows within the configured project limit.
• Advanced analysis, NMA, AI-assisted extraction features, GRADE automation/export, project PDF search, advanced templates, open-access PDF automation, and premium exports require premium feature access.

Why a feature may be unavailable

• The active project is not premium.
• The current user does not have the required project role.
• The project analysis configuration does not match the workflow.
• The feature is not available for the current plan or product release.
• A required integration is temporarily unavailable.

What owners should check

1. Open Billing and confirm the current plan or pass.
2. Confirm which project is marked premium.
3. Check member roles and screening-only access.
4. Assign collaborator premium passes only when the plan permits them.
5. Ask collaborators to switch to the correct active project before reporting missing features.
