What exports are for
Exports help move project data out of Coventra for manuscripts, appendices, statistical review, archiving, and team audit. Use different export types for different audiences.
Common export choices
- DOCX manuscript tables for baseline and study-characteristics summaries.
- CSV/XLSX/JSON data exports for review, archiving, or external analysis.
- RIS and BibTeX exports for citation-management workflows.
- PRISMA/reporting exports for screening and search transparency.
- GRADE summary outputs where enabled.
- Reproducibility ZIPs and R scripts for statistical review.
- Deduplication and audit exports for documenting record-handling decisions.
Export manuscript tables
- Review included studies and extracted fields first.
- Open Exports and select the manuscript or table export you need.
- Choose the data scope, such as baseline characteristics, study characteristics, or project extraction data.
- Generate the file and open it locally.
- Check column labels, missing values, study ordering, units, and footnotes before pasting into a manuscript.
Before submitting
- Open representative DOCX, XLSX, CSV, RIS, BibTeX, XML, HTML, and ZIP exports when used.
- Confirm values against the extraction grid and source PDFs.
- Check that excluded full-text reasons match the protocol categories.
- Keep generated R scripts and saved analysis settings with the final manuscript materials.
- Do not treat exported wording as final manuscript prose without editorial review.
