What the workflow supports
Coventra supports generic risk-of-bias and quality-assessment workflows. Teams can create or import legally cleared templates, record domain judgments, handle conflicts, and export or visualize supported results.
Important copyright boundary
Coventra does not bundle RoB1/RoB2 or copied proprietary ROBINS, QUADAS, JBI, or AXIS wording. If your team uploads a template, your team is responsible for having the rights to use it.
Important
Do not paste copyrighted assessment instruments into a project unless your team has permission or a lawful basis to use them.
Recommended quality workflow
- Choose the legally cleared template or generic assessment structure.
- Assign assessors when independent review is required.
- Record judgments and supporting notes at the study or domain level.
- Use comments or conflict workflows when judgments differ.
- Review summaries and plots before export.
Good notes make better audits
- Tie judgments to specific study methods or report text.
- Avoid vague notes such as unclear without explaining the missing information.
- Separate assessment judgments from extraction values.
- Resolve conflicts with enough rationale for a third party to follow the decision.
